Yard & Sign Printing is an online sign printing service operated by Black Asterisk LLC, located at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. We make it easy to order custom yard signs and outdoor signage. This policy explains what we do with your information when you visit our site or place an order.

What We Collect

When you create an account or order signs, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses. Payment card info is processed by our secure payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.

We collect the artwork you upload for your sign order, plus your order history so you can easily reorder. Our website also collects standard technical data like your browser type and pages visited.

How We Use It

To print your yard signs and deliver them to you. Your contact info goes into order confirmations, proof approvals, and shipping notifications. Your artwork goes onto your signs. That is the main thing.

We also use data to answer your support questions, improve the ordering process, prevent fraud, and follow the law. If you sign up for emails, we may send you deals on sign products — every email has an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data only with the services that help us fill your order: shipping carriers deliver your signs, our payment processor handles your card, and our web hosting keeps the site running. All are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Your sign designs are yours. We do not share, display, or reuse your artwork. If your signs include personal information — a phone number, an address, a family name — that stays confidential on our end.

Your Sign Files

Artwork is stored securely and used only to make your signs. We keep files for 90 days after your order is complete so you can easily reorder — handy for recurring events or seasonal campaigns. After 90 days, files are deleted automatically. Want them gone sooner? Just contact us.

Cookies

Cookies keep you logged in and hold your cart together while you shop. Analytics cookies help us see which pages are helpful and which are confusing. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential ones may affect your ability to order.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Payments are processed through PCI-compliant systems. Access to customer data is limited to the team members who need it to process your order. We keep our security up to date.

Your Rights

You can view, update, or delete your personal data. Unsubscribe from emails anytime. Update your account info through your dashboard. For data requests, email support@yardandsignprinting.com — we respond within 30 days.

California Residents

Children
