Our Simple Guarantee
You ordered yard signs for your event, your campaign, or your business. They need to look good and hold up outdoors. If they arrive with a printing problem or quality issue that we caused, we will fix it with a reprint or refund. No complicated forms, no arguments.
We know that many of our customers are ordering custom signs for the first time. We want the experience to be easy from start to finish — and that includes resolving any problems quickly and fairly.
What We Cover
Printing defects: smudged text, streaky colors, blurry images, or misaligned prints. Material issues: if the corrugated plastic is the wrong thickness, damaged, or has manufacturing defects. Cut errors: if the signs are the wrong size or have uneven edges.
Hardware problems: if the wrong stakes or H-frames are included, or if the sign does not fit properly on the hardware. Quantity shortages: if you ordered 25 and received 22, we ship the rest. Shipping damage: bent, cracked, or crushed signs from carrier handling.
What We Do Not Cover
We print exactly what you approve on your proof. If your proof had a misspelled candidate name, a wrong event date, or a phone number with a missing digit, the signs will have the same error. That is not a production problem — it is an artwork issue, and it is not eligible for a free reprint.
Minor color differences between your screen and the printed sign are normal. Every monitor displays color differently, and ink on corrugated plastic will not look identical to pixels on a screen. We get as close as the technology allows. Signs reported more than 30 days after delivery and change-of-mind requests after production are also not covered.
How to Let Us Know
Contact us within 7 days of getting your signs. Send us your order number, a description of the problem, and a few photos. Photos of the front of the sign showing the issue are most helpful.
We review every claim within 1 to 2 business days. For signs damaged during shipping, let us know within 48 hours and keep the box — the carrier may need to see it.
How We Resolve It
If your claim is approved, you choose: reprint, refund, or store credit. Reprints get priority production and free shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment method in 5 to 7 business days. Store credit is available right away for your next order.
If your event or campaign is coming up and you need replacement signs fast, tell us the date. We will push the reprint to meet your deadline.
Check Your Proof — It Only Takes a Minute
Before we print, you get a digital proof showing exactly how your sign will look. Take a moment to read every word. Check the phone number. Check the date. Check the spelling. If you are making signs for someone else — a client, a candidate, a committee — send them the proof for approval too.
We catch technical issues like low resolution and missing bleed. But you know your content better than we do. A quick proof review can save you from needing a reprint.
