How We Ship Your Yard Signs
Yard signs are lightweight but need careful packaging to arrive flat and undamaged. We stack signs face-to-face with protective separators, wrap them tightly, and ship in reinforced flat boxes. Stakes and H-frames are bundled separately and included in the same shipment.
Free ground shipping is available on qualifying orders within the continental United States. For orders that do not meet the threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on quantity and destination. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no hidden fees.
When Will My Signs Arrive?
Your signs go through two phases: production and shipping. Production is how long it takes to print and cut your yard signs after you approve your proof. Shipping is how long the carrier takes to deliver them.
Standard production is 5 to 7 business days. Need signs for a weekend event or an upcoming election? Rush production brings that down to 3 to 4 business days. Then add shipping time: ground is 3 to 5 days, 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout.
Here is a practical example: if you approve your proof on Monday and choose standard production with ground shipping, your signs typically arrive in 8 to 12 business days. Rush production with 2-day shipping can get them to you in about a week.
Pick Up Your Signs Locally
Live in the Chicago area? Skip the wait and the shipping cost. We have three convenient pickup points where you can grab your yard signs once they are ready.
Our main pickup location is in Schaumburg, IL, with extended hours. Two more pickup points are available in Chicago — on Cottage Grove Avenue and Western Avenue. Select pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready to collect.
Pickup is a great option when you are ordering a large batch of signs — say, 50 yard signs for a campaign or community event. No shipping cost, no carrier handling, and you can check the signs before you load them into your car.
What About Stakes and Hardware?
Yard signs typically include stakes or H-frames — these ship with your signs in the same package. Corrugated plastic yard signs slide right onto the H-frame wire stakes, no tools needed.
For larger orders, stakes may ship in a separate box but are tracked together with your sign package. If you ordered signs with grommets for hanging, the grommets are pre-installed before shipping.
Delivery Areas
We ship yard signs to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders ship via standard parcel carriers. Very large orders (100+ signs) may ship via freight — we will contact you about delivery details if your order requires freight shipping.
Ground shipping within the continental US is the most affordable option. Expedited and overnight shipping are available for those last-minute sign needs.
Tracking Your Order
Every order gets a tracking number emailed to you when the carrier picks up your package. You can also check your order status anytime in your account.
If your signs show as delivered but you cannot find them, let us know within 48 hours and we will help. And please double-check your address at checkout — we want your signs to arrive at the right lawn.
